Ellrose is a Syracuse-born videographer and photographer whose passion started during the pandemic. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into a calling as she captured sports, events, and everyday moments through her lens.

After filming her first high school basketball game, she launched a media page that grew into @editsbyellrose, producing content for local teams, businesses, and community organizations. Her work evolved into storytelling that blends creative editing with authentic, candid moments.

Now a Film & Media Studies major at Colgate University, Ellrose creates content for Colgate Athletics and has worked behind the scenes on major film productions, including contributing to Hulu’s #1 film, Pizza Movie, through American High. After spending a semester in Tanzania developing her documentary perspective, she was awarded a grant from Colgate to produce her senior thesis project based outside Tucson, Arizona.

As she prepares to transition full-time into her work, Ellrose is expanding into a new brand, continuing to push creative boundaries with more to come.
